The registration fee is 15,000 Japanese YEN. The dead line for online registration and hotel reservation is November 30, 2006.
After dead line, the registration fee is 20,000 YEN, and must be paid by cash only at the on-site registration desk at your arrival.

Registration fee includes welcome drinks, coffee breaks, and banquet.

Brief instruction of Registration and Hotel Reservation Page

You will find four steps in the registration and hotel reservation page. The registration procedure starts from getting your ID in step-2.

Step-1 Explanation of the procedure.
Step-2 Get ID-number and fill your information.
Step-3 Login individual page and make Hotel Reservation if you need.
Step-4 Payment of registration fee and hotel expenses. Complete your application.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, registration fee is not refunded after your registration payment has been completed.

Your deposit for hotel reservation will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows. Please note the refunds will be made after the Conference.

The cancellation fee when notice is given:
      7 to 6 days before the first night of stay : 1,000 JPY
      5 to 2 days before the first night of stay : 20% of daily room charge
      1 day before the first night of stay        : 50% of daily room charge
      The first night of stay or no notice given : 100% of daily room charge
